Built for BH Parker comprising a shop, warehouse and offices. It was still intact and undergoing renovations when inspected by Rennie in Feb 1978. One of six buildings (a whole street block) demolished to make way for the Southern Sun Cape Sun Hotel, the others included Electricity House and the Trident Building.
