A fine Art Deco building consisting of 10 floors of apartments over Retail units at ground floor. Main facade divided into sections, with the 2 outer sections having a horizontal emphasis while the central section has a vertical emphasis. Decorative Art Deco panels are used between the first and second floors, as well as second and third floors of the central section only. (Gerald Humphrey 2017)
