OSMOND LANGE was commissioned to design this substantial Regional Distribution facility for Nestlé, comprising substantial Warehouse and Office block, in 2002. The Project Architect was Paul WHITEHEAD, assisted by Leon KRUGER; the Design Architect was Fred BURKETT. The total floor area of the Distribution Warehouse was in excess of 35 000 sqm and the Total Project Value was R152 000 000.00. Submitted by William MARTINSON, 2010.
